I typically have a way of putting things rather eloquently (read: “bluntly”) and the outbound alias forwarding through DSPAM is suffering from an extreme case of retardation. In order to spur the learning process of DSPAM and get outbound filtering fairly bulletproof I am going to need approximately 2,000 spams and hams preferably localized to each server. If you just so happen to segregate your e-mails labeled with [SPAM] to its own IMAP folder -and- have a fairly old account with adequate volume (>3 months old, >200 spams sitting in the folder since last cleaning), then drop me an e-mail at msaladna@apisnetworks.com with your account name and IMAP folder name.
Normally I would donate some of my spam for the cause, but I purged the inbox last Friday and DNSBL and SPF checks I just can’t pull in the same volume of spam. All messages sent to the site_blackhole alias are being sent to DSPAM as spam. Fingers crossed those blackholed addresses get a lot of spam.
Also, I will be out of the office from Saturday through Wednesday, so be sure to file a ticket within the control panel if you need assistance.

Edit (11:38 PM EDT): Yes, I will be checking e-mail as all e-mail junkies do.
Second update (11:45 PM EDT): Just to clarify on how the filtering process works, it does not affect messages originating from a server within Apis, but rather messages that come inbound from another source, the server finds it’s an alias, then hands it off back outbound to another server. This is to avoid potential blacklisting situations that may arise in the lovely game of e-mail relay hot potato.
