- Fixed: Invalid list name when Majordomo list contains hyphen
- Fixed: Majordomo approval alias missing resend address causing closed+confirm status to fail
- Fixed: Add setgid bit to lists/ directory for Majordomo to ensure modified lists through Majordomo are editable within the control panel by the owner
